PROCESS
Initial Contact
Use our "CONTACT" page at the top of our website to get in touch with us. When we first speak, we'll gather some high level information such as what your general idea is, how old your home is, your budget, etc. Typically, we can give you a rough estimate as to what you can expect to pay.
Meeting
We will come to your home to look at your current bathroom. During this time we will take detailed measurements, photographs, and discuss your vision in more detail. At this stage, you should have a rough idea of what you're looking for such as tile sizes, flooring type, vanity size, etc.
Design
During this phase, we will nail down your final design. Whether you choose to make all of your own design choices, or work with a designer, all of your materials should be decided on in preparation for work to start. We will also begin purchasing and staging the materials at your home.
Demolition
Once all materials have been decided on and purchased, work can begin. We begin by setting up protection throughout your home so nothing is damaged throughout the renovation. To ensure that your bathroom will last, we remove everything from your old bathroom in preparation to rebuild. Our philosophy is that nothing new should be put on anything old.
Construction
We begin to build your new bathroom from the ground up. We'll go through the process of framing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, painting, etc. During this process, we'll likely have questions for you so that we can ensure that your bathroom will fit your needs.
Finishing Touches
Finishing touches include installing your accessories (i.e. towel bars, toilet paper holder, etc.) and cleaning up. It's not long now until your bathroom is ready for use!
